During my industry exposure in the IT profession, I have learned that the most important thing is the constant pursuit of knowledge and adaptability. Working Experience as an Intern
During our OJT, a significant portion of my responsibilities revolved around designing the interface of our web application system. I dedicated my time to creating visually appealing and user-friendly designs that would enhance the overall user experience. Additionally, I took on the crucial role of identifying and rectifying any bugs and errors present in the project. This dual role as a web designer and quality assurance tester allowed me to sharpen my skills in both areas. It provided me with hands-on experience in implementing design principles and conducting meticulous testing to ensure the system’s functionality and reliability. Through this valuable experience, I gained a deeper understanding of the intricacies involved in web design and the importance of delivering a high-quality product to end-users.
As a team embarking on our project, we faced initial challenges that tested our cohesion and clarity. The lack of a clear direction for our User Interface design posed a significant obstacle, leaving us uncertain about the best approach. However, through effective brainstorming sessions and frequent team meetings, we collectively tackled this issue and arrived at a solution that satisfied our requirements. Another hurdle we encountered was the unfamiliarity with each other’s roles in system development, stemming from our diverse educational backgrounds. This initially hindered our progress, but as time progressed and we fostered a supportive team dynamic, we successfully resolved this challenge. Open communication and mutual understanding allowed us to recognize and leverage each other’s strengths, resulting in a more efficient and collaborative workflow. By actively addressing these obstacles, we demonstrated our ability to adapt, grow, and overcome challenges as a unified team.
